Customer Reviews Copenhagen Amager

| It was very disappointing to find out upon our arrival that prices were not as they were when I have booked rooms. We had to pay more because we did not have membership card and this was unexpected because I haven't seen this information when I was making on-line reservation. I also disliked the fact that hostel is charging extra for everything (bed linen, towel, remote). Not even basic things, such as soap, were included. Finally, we could have payed same accommodation price somewhere else and have stress free stay. | ||

| Don't forget your hostel card or you will have to pay a guest fee per night. Good hostel if you're only here to sleep. | ||

| I would have given this a very good for cleanliness apart from the fact the kitchen oven needed cleaning (it was replaced on the day we left) and the mircowave also needed cleaing. The shower in our room also had hair left in the drain. Otherwise it was okay. There is a bus which runs from the hostel to the metro and if you take the metro to Frederiksberg there is a large fotex (supermarket) where you can get everything you need at reasonable prices, its also open till late. Wish we had known about this when we first arrived, it would of saved me walking my tired children miles, to buy tea after out arrival. | ||

| The linen fee was very expensive. We liked the suite room with its own bath/shower. | ||

| I would have been much better if I could have left my passport or HI card instead of having to use cash as a deposit for the locker.
Putting the towel in the locker is inexplicable.
Was impressed with the kitchen and with the free internet access. | ||
