Customer Reviews HI - Chicago

| I was completely satisfied with everything above. I liked the common areas for television and games.
Breakfast was adequate but some whole wheat options in the bread/rolls would have been nice. The coffee was yucky!--of course I am a coffee snob but, couldn't drink it -- if the coffee were better and if half & half were an option I may have enjoyed it. This is not a criticism just a sincere comment from a coffee lover.

| There is still people taking food and whatnot from the dry food storage area and the frigs. Thanks for updating the building, especially the community bathrooms. The bathrooms were getting scary for a while. | ||

| I wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom/toilet area. It would make the aura of the room better. | ||

| Checking in was exceptionally slow and uncomfortable for this booking because the guy on reception could not find my booking for a free second night (as part of the HI card promotion), and was unwilling to allow me to access a room while he looked and sorted it out.
We could also not turn the heating off or down in the room overnight, thus were uncomfortably hot and distubed by noise.
