| Ants everywhere, dogs fighting in the streets around property, staff there some of the time, very little support in booking tours. Stayed one night and cancelled the rest of stay. | ||

| Pro: Nice garden w hammocks. Free toast and coffee for breakfast. Good hangout area for meeting other travellers.
Cons: Too far away from central Chiang Mai. Many hostels are much cheaper in the centre. Staff were rarely there. Tuk-tuk drivers did not know the place, and would always overcharge due to its locaiton out of the center. | ||
