Four Reasons Place B&B is located within the heart of Cebu City, the Queen City of the South. There is easy access to city sites and shops, while letting guests come home to a tranquil place.
Four Reasons B&B is located within the heart of Cebu City, the Queen City of the South. There is easy access to city sites and shops, while letting guests come home to a tranquil place.
The hostel offers homestay accommodations for families, single travelers looking for a short stay/overnight stay: (1)1 Family room with cable TV and aircon, (2) 1 Single room, aircon, (3) 1 Double room, non-aircon, and (4) 1 Double room, aircon. There is however, no hot/cold shower.
All rooms are with individual toilet and baths; Breakfast service; Wifi access in the reception area; Backyard laundry area or outside laundry services by arrangement; All day coffee/tea service area (self-service); Garden area (abundant tropical fruit trees and flowers); Quiet serene countryside ambiance; and Parking area.
Four Reasons B&B has some house rules including a curfew of 11PM; no alcoholic beverages; no smoking inside any of the rooms; no pets allowed in the rooms; and Illegal and immoral activity will NOT be tolerated in the premises.
Fire exits are marked and a fire extinguisher placed in an accessible area. Maintenance operations for airconditioning units, electricity and plumbing are regularly conducted.
Four Season Place was set up by the Cavan family as their residence had extra rooms to welcome friends and relatives visiting Cebu every now and then. At the suggestion of these friends and due to their entrepreneurial spirit, some of the rooms were converted into a small 'bed and breakfast' in 1997.
Most of the guests have been referred by friends, and occasionally through internet inquiries. Guests have been coming from all parts of the world like Germany, Spain, India, China, USA, Japan and The Netherlands, and also locally mostly from Manila and Davao. The business continues to be wholly family-owned and run.

| Bus: | From the South Bus terminal or North Bus terminal, one can get a metered taxi. The driver can then be instructed to proceed to Fuente Osmena area in Cebu City. From Fuente Osmena area, he should drive down B. Rogriguez St., then take a right turn at the stoplight on V. Rama Avenue. After that, he should take the first left turn which would enter Happy Valley Subdivision (also renamed Pablo Abella Street). At the intersection with 3rd St., he should take a left and look for 5th house on the right side (yellow gate, with sign of Four Reasons B &B). |

| Very beautiful and peaceful place but still not too far from the city center. The Cavan family was nice and friendly and they gave us useful "what to do" - tips. We also had excellent breakfast in the garden. | ||
