| Check-in process: Staff (may be new) overcharged me the room rate for members although I had asked her if this was member rate. She said yes. Then, I asked another staff to recheck if it was the right room rate. He found that it was wrong rate, so he credited back to my credit card which the refund made me loss in the exchange rate. | ||
