We think everybody can walk in and out, without staff control.

Beware when renting bikes at this hostel. I rented a mountain bike and got 2 flat tires 30km out in the middle of the Quebrada. (the repair kit only had one spare tire tube). The owner of the hostel would not even discuss the matter in person with me, rather she told the person at the front desk to show me that she is not responsible because I signed a contract, and this is after I waited for over 3 hours as the owner said she would be right in and then after 3 hours said (through the person at the front desk) that she was out of town! I would have expected the courtesy of a meeting and an apology and perhaps a 1/2 day rental free as I had to push my bike 20km in the desert for 7 hours before being picked up by a passing car! This is NOT the right way to do business, especially in the tourism industry.
