Youth hostel is located 1km from the centre of Buyeo and accommodates 580 guests. There are 2 types of room; family rooms and 4-8 bedded dormitories. Facilities include restaurant, internet access, laundry, swimming pool, kitchen, store and seminar rooms. The main attractions around the youth hostel are Goransa Temple, Gungnamji garden (the oldest in Korea) and Buyeo National Museum Membership is mandatory to stay in the youth hostel.

I inquired whether the check-in after 18:00 was possible before a reservation. The answer was OK. But I was going to check in, it was declined. Because a room was not warm. I paid by a card, but receptionist who spoke only Korean was not going to explain refund at all. So I held out and was lodged somehow. It was cold shower and very cold room.

Positive: The hostel is clean and cheap, that is really good. Negative: They did not speak english, just very little bit. The location is really good. There were no beds in the room - I slept at the floor. But for the price it was ok. The map on hihostel.com to the hostel was not that good...but it is not that hard to find.

Great location -- too bad it was a rainy day! The hostel only offered meals to large groups, which did not include our family. Also, no fridge in room, which is usually always found in Korea.

i have never stayed in such a quiet hostel. the size of the place sleeps hundreds of people easily but the first night i saw not one single person. one other night i saw only very young children. i do not recommend this place whatsoever

Buyeo is a small town. I spent two days to walk around. I saw a Korean wedding ceremony in the hostel.
