| You put in the discription that there area two clubs walking distance or as a matter of fact right across the street. I should have just gone to the club because my room was facing the street and the music played all night. I didn't realize that your hostel was for parties only. You should make it clear and say if you want quiet stay somewhere else. If I was in the party mood it would be great. | ||

| When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation and told me I didn't have one. I then went and pulled it up online and showed them my email. They then said "oh we're sorry, it was cancelled because you didn't show up before two." I asked how was I suppose to know that. It's in your confirmation email. I then went back to the email read it thoroughly, also read the terms and agreements. No where does it say to be there by 2. I went and told them that. Because I had caught them lying they started fumbling around and said oh, okay, we found you a bed but only for one night. My reservation was for 5 days. I paid 7 and then they still charged me 57 pesos because they again lost the reservation. BOTTOM LINE--They messed up and couldn't take responsibility. Blamed me, and then only one staff member tried to do anything on the positive side. As for staff, helpfulness or friendliness they fail miserably. | ||
