| It's a party hostel. Many people go for party during 12-1am. If you like a quite hostel, it is definitely not your favor.
The facilities are good. But the staff is just so so. I waited for more than 40 mins to check in, even though there is only one people before me. During the period of my checking in, the staff worked slowly while eating icecream. She also answered more than 10 questions either from telephone or from other guests. That's why I waited more than 40 mins. Maybe it's not her problem, but the hostel should add staff, due to short-hand

| Someone on the staff booked the airport shuttle for the wrong day. After waiting for 30 min I notified the woman at the desk who immediately ordered a taxi and gave me a voucher for it.
Mistakes happens. It is great to see that the staff admits the mistakes and reacts on it. I think this deserves a special thanks and excellent grade. I was impressed.

| Reservations didn't quite work. We payed in advance but we still didn't have fixed accomodations for the whole week, needing to change rooms after day 1. The hostel offered towels but we couldn't get them when needed. The events promoted by the hostel didn't quite work. We coudn't join them because there weren't enough people (we saw at least 10 people complaining about that). | ||

| over all an ok hostel! staff were able to answer most question however were not friendly in doing so! we used the travel agent from the hostel to book our uruguay experience only to have our booking ticket taken from us at the ferry check in unable to retreive it we emailed the hostel serveral times for a new copy and emailed hostels international again with no reply, we then called the hostel but no one knew how to access the travel agent computer files and as a result were useless!!!! together with my travel partner we worked it out but with no help from the hostel or hostels international!!! additionally we stayed an extra night in a dorm after the three nights in a private room we booked the dorm room at the same time as the double room which was some weeks in advance only to find out that we were in seperate dorms and not due to gender mix!!!! overall pretty disappointed with the whole experience at this hostel | ||
