The hostel is located in the city centre - only 5 min. walking from the central station and the "Grand Place". All museums, the royal palace, the European parlement etc. are within walking distance. All rooms have been completely renovated last year.

| When I arrived at 11am reception was closed, all I wanted to do was leave my bag but the receptionist made it seem like I was a very big inconvenience to her. When using the shower in the room water would leak from the bathroom into the bedroom area. Location was good but wouldn't stay again. | ||

| showers not very clean (pile of hair in pipe, water not flowing, you need to unplug yourself, yuk). no lockers in the rooms (even with your own padlock this woudl be great). Access to corridors free to anybody coming in the building | ||

| I read a lot of bad review about this hostel. i stayed there for 3 days. the room was clean, the showers also ok, the food is better than jaques brel and the location is great. there arent many power plugs to charge your phone. of course it is a bid strange to have the hostel closed from 10.00-14.00, but why should that be such a big deal? i need the hostel only for sleeping. annyoing is the ongoing music troughout the whole day AND night in the floors. they could shut that off at least in the night after 23.00...

| the most attractive hostel i have ever stayed !! very clean and quiet!! very friendly staff - these boys can say you all needed information about city and help you with breakfast if you leave hostel very early!!! the one thing which annoyed me while my staying there - draught (( to sleep comfortable - take smth warm !! | ||

| Hostel was clean but the shower in the attached washroom did not have the door, so there was water all around the washroom after we took shower.
Otherwise, that was a good hostel to stay in.... | ||

| The practice of closing the hotel for 4 hours for the person already staying in the hotel is little different and inconvinient which is not same in any other HI hostels. In the liesurely time, we are forced to get up early and leave the hostel by 10 AM. | ||

| This hostel offers a good value for money, considering that it is placed quite close to Brussels' city center. The best point, the friendliness of Staff. The worst, the fact that the hostel closes from 10:00h to 14:00h, and everybody is told to leave the rooms and the hostel during that period of time. This might not be a problem for most tourists, but it is if you are planning to sleep until later or you just wish to stay in the hostel, working or doing anything else until the afternoon. | ||
