The hostel is located just 5km away from Bruges. easy acces by car. only 6km from Zeebrugge (beach) hostel has been completely renovated this year. All rooms have ensuite facilities. The hostel is part of a rowing club. Other rowing clubs can use the training facilities (contact hostel directly). Please note that this hostel is outside Bruges so allow sufficient travel time to reach the hostel. Last bus leaves Bruges train station around 10pm.

| very hot in the room. only a patio door used as a window could only be opened a little, not enough to get fresh air. would be better to have a window that can be opened fully when needed. Not toaster available on the breakfast bar, main dining room. | ||

| There was an awful smell in the room although the room was very clean. I couldn't find anything that caused the smell. At home my night clothes still smelt bad. | ||

| Our stay was very pleasant. One thing you must do to improve your service is to print your street address in the local Flemish dialect. Our GPS system did not recognize "Louis" but only "Lodevik", and so we wandered around Brugge for a long time and finally stopped at a restaurant where we found English-speaking people to help us. | Small family room but clean and had a shower and toilet in the room.
Clean linen supplied but not towels.Would recommend this youth hostel.We had 3 kids age 5-13years and it was a good location for getting to Bruges | ||
