| I booked for a night (on 2 august) with my family in this hostel.
Unfortunately, when I was approaching to the hostel, at Limoges a storm delayed my march. I phoned to the hostel reception to inform of my delay (estimated as just half an hour after the closing time !) but - probably for a misunderstanding - they told me that they could not await for me. So I had to find another arrangement in Limoges. I have been quite surprised that they couldn't await for me. I hope that this kind of assistance is not the rule. Best regards. | ||

| Really nice hostel, staff were very helpful and got a great nights sleep. Brive is quite a quite and boring place though so really only much good as a cheap stop over. | ||

| Nice hostel, cute guest kitchen. We didn't realize there were no buses from Brive that go to the ancient caves, and that we'd need a car. | ||

| There is a nice outdoor area, and the beds are comfortable, but the kitchen and bathrooms were dirty Nd the place just generally needs a facelift. Brive is a lovely town, although it turns out to not be near anything (I thought it was near Lascaux, but it's not really). Nobody speaks English in this area, either.
