Accommodation in 2 to 4 bedded rooms (4 to 16 bedded shared rooms in July and August). For more safety, you will find in your bedroom an individual lockable closet for your valuables, and in summer, in dorms, you can use lockers (locks on sale at the reception).
HI Q is the International Federation Quality Label, which enables our members to enjoy a constant quality level in all the Hostelling International network's Youth Hostels. The Biarritz hostel complies with the International Federation requirements and was the third hostel in the world being awarded the Quality Label, in May 2005.
The Green Key is a green label for tourist accommodation which was given to Biarritz Youth Hostel in October 2010 in acknowledgment of its eco-friendly management.
Facilities include bike rental, Internet access, laundry, a members' kitchen available all year long + cafeteria from June 15th to September 15th, 3 equiped meeting rooms (video projector, Wifi, sound equipment, microphones). Meals for groups all year on a half-board or full-board basis. This Youth Hostel has been recommended by the Guide du Routard, Let's go, Lonely Planet, Trip Advisor. We welcome only members aged 18 and older. This hostel is not appropriate for families from 15 June to 15 September.

| This was a nice hostel located quite a ways out of the city but in a very nice forested area, right beside a beautiful lake/park. The staff were really nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the bar were also a bonus! The only thing I didn't love was the weird sheet they gave you, a sort of pouch for you and your pillow. Otherwise it was lovely. Hostel response: | ||

| This is one of the best HI Hostels I have stayed in. The staff was remarkable in all areas. I highly recommend a stay here..It's near the train station so convenient to visit other nearby towns..the WiFi in the common areas was top drawer and the other guests were a joy to be among. | J'avais mis ``poor pour cleanliness`` parce-que j'ai attrapé le lit agace. J'ai dépensé beaucoup d'argent pour nettoyer mes vetements, mon sac et médecine. Maintenant, je suis très démangeant et il y a beaucoup des bouchées partout mon corps. J'ai passé mon temps beaucoup auberge de jeunesse avec (HI). C'est mon premier fois, j'ai attrapé le lit agace. | the staff dont show up untill the worst hours and when they do they are rude and unhelpful, on top of this the location is a two hour walk from any parts of biarritz that any traveller would actually want to see. its clean, but has no atmosphere. the reception lady is horrible. | Dommage qu'on ne fournissait pas de vrai repas le soir. Si vous y séjournez pour plus de 3 nuits, acheter un billet de bus valable pour une semaine... le réseau n'est pas mal de tout.
