| Try to have a euro on hand or some CHF to take the funicular down the hill to your bags; otherwise, it's horrible trying to bring suitcases up and down the steep hill! | ||

| The hygiene of toilet and washroom should be improved. Men can always go in and out in female bath room and toilet. | ||

| Great location. Easy access to city by funicular. Facilities reasonable and clean. However, we had to climb LOTS of stairs to our room and it was very hot in the room. Had to keep the window wide open which didn't help much and meant it was very noisy. Also no place to charge any electronic equipment. Long way to toilets/showers compared to some. Breakfast good quality but not much choice compared to some. Coffee terrible. Biggest problem was parking--not enough in hostel car park and none available on the street while we were there. THANK YOU THANK YOU to the wonderful woman at reception who arranged for us to put the car in the staff parking space which wasn't being used. She went beyond the call of duty and took away a lot of stress for us. | ||
