Unfortunately, a school group booked in at the same time as I stayed in the hostel. And school groups make lots of noise in the morning... But hey, that's the inconvenience of youth hostels so I was prepared for this. :)

The staff varied, we had one guy during the week who was pretty rude, but another one on the weekend that was fantastic. Very clean. Free breakfast was amazing. The lockers were big and great. Bit far from everything but easy to get to on transit.

need some hangers or hooks in the shower rooms, otherwise people would have to running around naked when trying to take their towels and clothes.

This hostel is situated in the beautiful Berlin woods, but traveler's should be warned that it's at least a 30 min ride by public transportation (one bus ride plus at least one-two underground rides to get to any city center). Other than that, it was clean, safe, had a decent breakfast, and was a nice hostel.
