| There's really no reason to stay here and I don't recommend it. The place is very much run down. The furniture is beat up and the rooms are dirty. The community area is small and isn't very inviting for travelers. The beds are very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard as a rock. My lights in my room didn't work. One bulb was missing and one was burnt out. The worst thing about the place is the bathroom. The shower, sink and toilet is one unit which meant all facilities were occupied whenever someone in my 4 person dorm was using either the sink, toilet or shower. And when someone took a shower their bathing water sprays over the entire bathroom. So, when you want to use the sink you get to walk through their bathing water or when you want to use the toilet you get dry off the toilet seat. It's not pleasant. The location isn't good either. There's nothing around and you'll need to take the subway to find a restaurant or do any sightseeing. I don't recommend this place to any traveler. | ||

| I made my reservation online (so I payed the 10% or so). When I got to the place, they said they didn't have my reservation. I showed them my reservation booking number, and they still couldn't find it. Then I had to show them the confirmation sent to my e-mail (thank god the internet even worked) to prove I had done it correctly. They finally believed I had made a reservation. After almost an hour of explaining to the staff that my booking should be valid since I already laid down the money and had an e-mail confirmation, they said the room type I booked was unavailable, but they had better rooms available, so I could take one of them insted. GREAT, except that now they wanted me to also pay the full amount of the upgraded room. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I had to explain to them that in the real world, when your organization screws up like this, they should give it to me for the price I booked it for. Finally, they did. | ||

| Despite the fact that they did not have our booking, the staff were very friendly to give us a room. | ||
