The cosy half-timbered house is surrounded by nature and 800m from the beach right under the cliffs. Wismar, Poel, Klütz and Boltenhagen are close and worth a visit. There is a lot to do and to see: Dassow Adventure and Tiger Park, Wismar Zoo and Questiner Wald Game Reserve, Stone Age Village, gothic world heritage site, technology museum, buttons museum, horse riding, fishing, paddling, golf, play park, boat and coach trips … You’re spoilt for choice!

Parking:A20 to Wismar Mitte, continue direction Grevesmühlen, via Gägelow and Gramkow to Beckerwitz, at entrance to town turn left into Zur Wiek 4. From Hamburg take A20 exit Grevesmühlen, via Hohenkirchen and Gramkow to Beckerwitz.
Rail:Wismar railway station – from there bus #240 (Boltenhagen-Tarnewitz) to “Liebeslaube” stop or bus #241 (Beckerwitz-Hohenwieschendorf) to Beckerwitz. 20 min walk to the youth hostel.
