| I spent only the first night in the Hostel Inn. That night was not great. The room (no 12) was very humid and smelled. The bathroom was clean but really old and not really nice. The room was quite dark. After I asked for a change the staff at Marcopolo Inn immediately gave me another room at Marcopolo Inn which was very nice.
I was impressed that the staff booked me in another room without problems. Thanks very much | ||

| I booked Hostel Inn but when I arrived this Hostel was closed and I stayed at Marcopollo Hostel. The service is good but the Hostel Inn has a much better view. It was desappointed but the Marcopollo Hostel is so good. | ||

| Only allow drinks purchased at the hostel. This takes off the freedom of the guests. Freedom is the spirit of the hostels. | ||

| We arrived in the evening. We booked a double room ensuite. This room was not available anymore. Instead the suggested a smelly room with bunkbed and a lote of noise from the heater. We didn`t accepted this en went to another hostel, Marco Polo Inn. This was a nice hostel with nice room. | ||
