The hostel is in the centre of this spa resort, and offers easy access to museums and gardens as well as the magnificent summer villa of Emperor Franz Joseph. Rooms have 1, 2 or 4 beds, all en suite. Our kitchen serves buffet breakfast, half and full board and a vegetarian option. In the evening you can relax in one of our many common rooms and enjoy cable TV, a game of table tennis or pool.

5-10 mins walk from the hbf, depends which route you take. Hostel is somewhere in a hiden path, road sign is not very clear, but bad ischl is a very small town so no problem to locate it . Hostel itself is fine, breakfast is included but only from 730-830, which is amazingly early and short. No wifi in hostel, u need to go to somewhere is the town to enjoy free wifi.

This hostel was worst. We had reservation. and sended e-mail that maybe we will arrive late. (about 10:00 pm) and we got a reply. they said "your arriving-time will be no problem. Our reception is open till 9 pm for the check- in. If you late we´ll put your room key in an envelope at the reception door (with all information) !" but when we arrived hostel.the door was closed. and nobody was in there. so we waited abut 1 hour outsid. it was so cold. and we try to find the key continuously. but there's nothing. so we just waiting someone. Eventually, someone who stayed the hostel came out and helped us. so we could sleep there, but it was so uncomfortable and cold. next day, reception staff said "I don't know, It's not my falt. anyway you sleeped here. aren't you?" It was outrageous to me. I was so angry. but I don't have much time, and I can't speak English well. so just come out. It was super worst hostel in my travel.

Facilities & cleanless were satisfactory. The staff was pretty kind, but I had a difficulty finding the hostel.I strongly recoomend this place to people who want quiet, clean places

This hostel is the only hostel in bad ischl. It is very clear and comfort. But reception opening time in Sunday is from 5 pm to 7 pm. That is inconveninet for me.

For the evening meal, the fact that you needed tokens I didn't realise until meal time when it was too late. Not saying that it wasn't explained when I checked in as I might have forgotten that, but it could be explained more clearly.
