Due to floods, we could not visit the place. How to get the refund ?

On behalf of Thai Youth Hostels Association, we must apologize for your inconvenience due to the flood. I do hope that you have already contacted our main office for refund. If not , please contact support@hihostels.com -- they are more than welcome to assist you with this issue. By the way, HI Ayutthaya is now operating as usual :) You can book this hostel via hihostels.com again.Due to its limitation of Internet network there,should you need more infos or recheck about the availability again,you can phone +66 (0)83 431 1945 (please quote hihostels.com) . Please come and stay in this affected hostel, your money can support their local business during hard time. After several nights in Baan Dinso in Bangkok, and a long trip in Thailande we were very disapointed by this gusthouse.That seemed nice on pictures, but was really sad, much disorder, old room, towels, bathroom; Breakfeast poor. Bicycles rent too much expensive. and located in a noisy area. Nothing ggod. You'll have to delete this adress!!
