| Room for 2 was unsuitable for "ONE" let alone 2. G6 was the room number. Will not advise anyone to use hostels in the UK. | ||

| Our private room was TINY meaning inadequate space for luggage. More hooks on walls would REALLY help. Private rooms with DOUBLE bed would be an improvement. Self-catering seems to be of dwindling importance with the kitchen being a small hole in the basement with no food labels, inadequate microwave dishes, difficult to access refrigerators. Kitchen was clean enough but lack of labeling to enable recycling was VERY disappointing. | ||

| The closest toilet to my dorm is/was out of service for 2 days now - making for an inconvenice during the night when on ehas to go looking for another.
Some guests were inconsiderately noisy in teh garden (?) or other close proximity. | ||

| The lovely staff indulged my needs completely. I'm a 65 year old woman travelling on my own for six months in the U.K. Earl's Court was my second stop. I asked for a lower bunk because of my arthritis and your staff obliged me by putting me into a lower bunk on the main floor. They were also quite knowledgeable about the best route by bus to Victoria Coach Station. Thanks for everything :-) | ||

| This was one of the worst hostels I stayed in. The showers were dirty, the bathroom were dirty and everything I touched felt dirty. | ||

| Stayed for one night in a Female Dorm (6 beds). Windows of this room went out to a quiet street - good sleep guaranteed (exception would be if you do not have luck with other guests of the room :)). Shower and WC - not really clean, but at least the water is hot. For additional payment there is a breakfast, which gives enough choice, even for vegetarians. Minus - sockets in the room - there are not much and are located inconveniently only close to the lowest beds. The wooden beds squeek, not really possible to get out without disturbing the others. A really nice common lounge :) Staff very friendly. | ||
