| The bus/metro card was a godsend.
The stay was marred by the theft of my camera by the occupants of 234 who, in hindsight, were standing 'casing' all the rooms and quickly stole from our room while one of the occupants was in the toilet but the outer door was open. The police were informed of the incident. | ||

| Hugely expensive compared to all other HI hostels we stayed in during a 3-week trip (including others in Switzerland). No noticeable difference in service or quality of room/hostel. A good hostel but a bit steep for a traveller's budget. | ||

| The hostel is much to expensive for what you get. And there is a bowling next door that functions as a disco. The staff changed our room to the other side of the hostel and saved our night. So a very big plus for the staff. But still much to expensive for what you get and on top no free internet and expensive dinners. | ||

| Far from town centre, but close to the lake. You have to pay to access WiFi. No lockers in the room. Staff very friendly. I arrived early, before check-in time and they let me put my bag in a locked-up room for the day. | ||

| Useful free travel! Perfect location for Geneve lake! Just what the doctor ordered after a long day | ||

| It has wonderful beds. It is just like at home. I love it and I will be back again.
Thanks for all. | ||

| When you pay 160 CHF (about $176 AUD) , you would expect something a little better value for money. In room 232 the matress was a disgrace as it had springs sticking up with the result that only 2 thirds of the bed was usable. The hostel is far too expensive for YHA/Hihostel backpackers. There is no self service kitchen and the only item available was an electric jug to boil water. Backpackers from most overseas locations expect a fully equipped self service kitchen. | ||

| One thing to improve: logging on to wireless internet on site requires entering a mobile phone number. A text message with an access code is then sent to the phone. This doesn't work for travelers without a mobile phone, which is probably the majority of non-Europeans. | ||
