The closest YHA to Land's End commands fine views down to the Atlantic Ocean. You can enjoy the view with a meal or drink from our licensed cafe/bar. Many bedrooms also have sea views. Variety and adventure awaits you! From our peaceful spot in the Cot Valley explore sandy beaches and rugged coastline, ancient stones and World Heritage mining history. Surf the Atlantic, climb granite cliffs or relax in our garden with sea views.

We’re just five miles north of Land’s End, so a great place to relax after exploring west Cornwall’s many attractions. The hostel is tucked away in the peaceful Cot Valley with a large garden ideal setting for games, has large tables for those afternoon picnics and is available for campers between April and September.

This peaceful location also provides a haven for rare migratory birds in the spring and autumn. Porth Nanven beach and the South West Coast Path are a 15 minute walk away - you can head north towards Cape Cornwall or south to the sandy surfing beach at Sennen Cove and Land's End itself. St Just-in-Penwith with its galleries and open-air medieval theatre is just 15 minutes away by foot on green lanes. This is an ideal base to explore the Penwith Peninsula by foot, bike, car or open top bus to St Ives, Penzance, or Porthcurno (Minack Theatre). For a day out with a difference, fly to the Isles of Scilly from the nearby airport.
