The location of this hostel, while out of the way for many, was perfect for me. It was clean and fresh on the inside, but the outside could use a coat of paint. My one negative was that none of the staff speaks any English. While I realize the hostel is located in Germany and in a rather out-of-the-way location, it would have helped. I'm not saying communication was impossible, just challenging. One perk is the biergarten about 500 meters down the street. It is family friendly and has a wonderful setting.
