| We had an excellent stay at Annecy HI Hostel. Good breakfast and short work to the town and lake. Beautiful views. We stayed in April so not many people were staying - I think it would be cramped in high season - kitchen and rooms quite small Hostel response: | ||

| My pillow was very uncomfortable, when I asked for a replacement I was told there were none spare.
I have stayed in a lot of hostels in France recently, I have found the price really varies, some free and others charge between 1 and 3 euros for 2 hours. Hostels I have stayed in are Paris, Strasbourg, Lyon, Chamonix, Annecy, Nimes, Montpellier.

| There were a lot of times when no one was at the desk to help me answer questions, or there was only one person working and a long line of people waiting to check in/out. This makes the process nerve wracking, especially if you have to catch a train. Hostel response: | ||
