Welcome to Annecy - The little Venice of the Alps. In summer as well as in winter, whether you want to relax or to spend a sports stay, Annecy is the appropriate place. You'll find 4 / 5 bedded rooms with en-suite shower and washbasin, free Wi-Fi access, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 outside terraces where you can make BBQs, and our snack-bar opening at 18:00hr.
Winter fun: The Ski area: Beginner skiers and families will find what they are looking for just 20 minutes from Annecy at Semnoz, a ski area with mainly green and blue slopes. More seasoned skiers can easily get to La Clusaz. Those who prefer Nordic skiing and snowshoe fans can take the marked trails to fulfil their passion.
The Slopes: Semmoz ski area – Shuttles from the Annecy station. Downhill skiing, 18 slopes (18 km) including 6 red, 5 blue and 7 green. Nordic skiing, 46 km including 1 black, 2 red, 3 blue and 3 green.
Our hostel will be reopening on 16th January 2012. Now is the time for snowy walks on Mount Semnoz which gives you an amazing view of the Alps ! On reservation, snowy night time walks are also available. For the more adventurous, why not by skiing ? available at low prices, with hourly packages from the Semnoz ski station. Also nearby are several other ski slope areas: Le Semnoz, la Clusaz and the Grand Bornand.
Do not forget your membership card! available on arrival at just 7 € per person.
On the evening, join us for drinks and snacks, and pool competitions at the hostel's snack/ bar, unwind and enjoy the sundeck or have a little dart game.

| A great place to stay that is clean and cheap. Rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of space to just chill out. Only thing is that it's a decent distance away from the centre, prepare for an epic walk up the hill from the bus stop!! Probably 15 mins away from bus stop and 20-25 mins walk from centre. Taxi is probably about 10 euros from centre to hostel so easy to just cab home after hours slash when feeling lazy.. Beautiful views though! All in all, great value for money and would definitely recommend it. | ||

| So far my best hostel experience. Very nice staff and top notch facilities. It was nice to have access to the kitchen and building all day. I recommend more electric outlets in rooms since everyone travels with electronic devices and needs to charge them. | ||
