Alwar is both oldest and newest of the Rajput kingdom of Rajasthan. Alwar is famous for its museum and fort. Another interst of tourist is Sirska Bird Sanctuary. Alwar is connected by rail with the major cities of India. Alwar today represents a dialectical unity amongst great diversity. Alwar also stand as the leading industrial district of Rajasthan.
