Take Taipei-Yilan Highway to Line Tai 9 (coastal expressway) to Luodong and drive towards the direction of Dongshan River Scenic Area to arrive in the Ilancat Youth hostel in about 5 minutes. Take Line Tai 2 (coastal expressway) to Toucheng and drive towards the direction of Dongshan River Scenic Area turn right to Line Tai 7 (coastal expressway) to arrive in the Ilancat Youth hostel in about 10 minutes. By train Take train to Luodong Station and by taxi to arrive the Ilancat Youth hostel (about NTD.170)
