Customer Reviews Vienna - Brigittenau Youth Palace

| We enjoyed staying there 3 nights. The hostel was well-run, clean, and basic. A table and chairs would be helpful in the room. There is nowhere to put your stuff. You cannot open a window for fresh air. We had a nice private room with bath. The school group on our floor was well-supervised and quiet. Other school groups were unsupervised and rude in the dining room. Food was basic for breakfast. Night meals were much better. Efficient buses, trams, and metro are nearby, but the old city is not close. | ||

| Bare concrete walls requires some getting used to. The air in the rooms feels stuffy, it is not possible to regulate air-condition or to open window. Great value for money and the reception has an answer for almost everything. Close to trams and bus, a little longer but not far to metro and trains. | ||

| This is an excellent mordern hostel. Very new, clean and warm inside the room. The room is very spacious and is more than enough for 2 people. Wifi connection is stable and is free. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Very good location - get connected with local bus, tram and metro. Overall, this was an excellent experience, good value for money. I would certainly come back again and recommend it to any people who will visit Vienna in future. | ||

| Nice and clean throughout. Easily accessible to downtown via transit system. The adage that you get what you pay for applies to the dinners provided. | ||

| I loved the clean facilities and the amount of space we had in our room and bathroom. I greatly appreciate the efforts to maintain a "green" building. The location near the train station and tram lines made it easy to access any part of Vienna. Our second night, however, we had a very large group (5 bus loads) of high school students arrive. They were very loud and screamed, sang and ran up and down the halls until late in the night...apparently they did not have enough adult supervision to keep them quiet and considerate of other guests...I suppose that's the chance you take staying at a hostel. I was glad I brought ear plugs that I was able to wear to sleep. | ||

| Great breakfast, massive hostel but quiet at night. Out of town but easy tram ride away, wifi unpredictable, not best strength in room. Underground parking for car a great bonus. Very good hostel | ||

| The hostel was a lovely place to stay, convenient for buses & trams, near the Danube | ||
