| HI links do not work. how can "this will take you to a ratings form
which can be completed in just a minute or two"when the links tie up the computer and never go through? I stopped by the hostel, found out my return flight reservation was cancelled, had to spend the hostel nights on a hell train hard seat in China, so thanks for letting me use the computers. No thanks for blocking my attempts to cancel the reservation using reply and the listed email address. It took days to hear that the cancellation never went through.

| For the price I paid, not much complain except that the place could be cleaner and neater. | ||

| Very clean dorm room and shared bathrooms, great location, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again! | ||

| This is the only hostel I've stayed where the staff have little or no interest in being helpful - they were unfriendly and very impersonal.
The food was pretty awful - only western "junk food" type and very expensive. They don't offer any Chinese food and the breakfast meals are rather small. The coffee and tea is also very expensive, in fact it was nearly double the price of any other hostel in China - even Beijing was cheaper. | ||
