| The hostel was comfortable enough. It could have been a bit cleaner and there were electric sockets not securely fastened to the wall.
We enjoyed our stay very much and the staff were very helpful and friendly at all times.

| The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated. The water got hot quickly and the whole bathroom area was very nice. The floors in the room creak a lot. Must be an old building. Also, the top bunk creaks loudly at the slightest movement. Walk about 5 minutes to a tram stop where you can buy tickets via a machine with English instructions. | ||

| I slept here already the second time and I can recommend this hostel to every body. I felt sad with the cleanliness of bad and showercabin. The toilet was broken. Also broken was the washingmashine. The hostel had not for one locker the right key. The code for the house-door was broken, so that everybody can go inside the dormitories. | ||

| They lost a booking and we had to move to another hostel in the first night. They are not reliable. This hostel doesn't accept HiHostels card and we were not able to apply for discount. | ||

| The hostel is good and the location is great. Before arriving, it's good to know that drinking alcohol is allowed in the hostel. Drunken visitors caused some trouble during my visit, but that's probably not very common. | ||

| Well run hostel in general, I have only one things to comment on, the building is old and very nice but it's a noisy place for those that might be sensitive, the floors, doors and beds squeek and bang and the sound is amplified as the rooms are very high, ear plugs are the answer. | ||

| I will stay here again when I'm in Crakow. Receptopn desk was very helpful. There was wirelesss Internet access in my room. I could enter kitchen anytime I wanted, even managed to borrow hair dryer at the reception desk:)
I stayed at 12-people dorm, but astonishingly, it felt better than with smaller numer of people, because it was quite spacious.
Some lockers where in the room, but some in the hallway.
Luggage store was insecure. It was a separate room locked with key, which one could get at the reception desk. Anyone who got the key could enter the room UNSUPERVISED.
