Very loud in the evenings outside the hostel with the windows open and the bar in full-swing. Would be nice if rooms towards the back were offered if possible, particularly for people who are staying more than 1-2 nights. Noise within the hostel wasn't tolerated late at night though. A group of guys in a room near ours on the first night were warned about noise and did shut up. Breakfasts were great - hot baked bread and rooibos were ideal! Bit of a stinky drain in our room from the shower. Also, instructions for the wetroom shower might be handy, although trial and error will work it out.

+: the staff is friendly and very kind. The atmosphere in the reception/lounge area is cool, young and cheerful. People from all countries can stay and talk together.Prices are good (ex: beer during the happy hour). Excellent position in the city centre, you can go everywhere by walk! -: The room is too little for 3 persons and luggages. The private bathroom is impracticable for showering. Because of the central position and the thin walls, during the night might be some noise. Common bathrooms are dirty, maybe for people incivility.

the room was big, all staff are very kind anf friendly. especially, Ms.Paula, she provided free glass of sangria and chance to talk with other travellars. it was so good! 中央駅から2駅、最寄駅からホステルまで5分以内でとにかく立地がよくておススメです。

They didn't have Hi hostel membership sticker. And most of all each floor has only three toilets and two shower booth. Moreover two of them have toilet and shower booth at the same time. Every morning and evening was war of taking shower and washing!!!!!

On the website for this hostel there is not any information that the dorms are mixed. Since that is the fact, you have to tell that. I, myself don't want mixed accomodation, and I don't know any other country in Europe that has mixed accomodation. I have been to many countries.

We were a bit annoyed that the linen wasn't included in the advertised price even though it was mandatory. Please be more honest about this in future.

staff need to learn how to give directions over telephone on how to get to hostel from Metro station; how guests can find the lift; tell staff that guests can take the 14 bus from Metro and get dropped off at hostel. other than that, the breakfast was spectacular, guests seemed to be enjoying themselves during happy hour and beer crawl.
