| Some staff like the check in guy and the lady who ran the travel desk were friendly, Yvonne and the lady at check out were rude. The lockers were not secure, wooden and secured by small screws that a pen knife could remove. No lockers for guests after check out and I was left waiting for 5 mintues to be buzzed out of the security doors as a punishment for complaining about not being able to store my valuables. Get some metal lockers in the rooms and for guests after check out and tell some of your staff to drop the atitudes then you will have a great hostel | ||
