Today the building is restored and a very popular hostel where you can enjoy saltwater swimming and lazy days in a living cultural traditions. Still organized activities and camps for children, now in IOGT's auspices.
Asa is on a peninsula formed by a nature reserve. Heath extending across the peninsula offers a magnificent view over the sea. There are also several Bronze Age cairns, which testifies to the strategic defense mode.
