Drive Take No.5national freeway to Yilan off the Wujie Luodong intersection and drive toward Dongshan River Scenic Area turn left at Line Tai 7 (coastal expressway) to arrive in the Ilancat Youth hostel in about 10 minutes. Take Taipei-Yilan Highway to Line Tai 9 (coastal expressway) to Luodong and drive towards the direction of Dongshan River Scenic Area to arrive in the Ilancat Youth hostel in about 5 minutes. Take Line Tai 2 (coastal expressway) to Toucheng and drive towards the direction of Dongshan River Scenic Area turn right to Line Tai 7 (coastal expressway) to arrive in the Ilancat Youth hostel in about 10 minutes.
