This YAC was planned and designed by one of Taiwan 's most famous architects, Dr Han Pao-the and has been hailed as a prime exhibit of classical southern Fujian-style domestic architecture. The building complex is considered to be the most representative of Kenting and one of the most important sites within the Kenting National Park . Apart from guest rooms and dormitories, the Jing'e and Lizhi Halls within the Center, modeled on traditional Chinese college buildings, provide meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 450 people. There are some great walks through the National Park to the beach and rocky foreshore areas.
