| The Female showers on the 2nd floor did not have hot water for both of the stays. I went to the single one across the hall.
The staff was great, friendly. I like the breakfast and free wi-fi. Made a difference for me. | ||

| When I make my booking on internet was an price, but when I arrive in the hostel the girl tell me another price, "because the total paid in the moment of booking is for the web site, not for the hostel, then I need to pay more". Then the girl ask to me: "you have a HI card?" I said "No", then I need to pay U$ 3,00 more for each day, because I dont have the card, but in the website is one price, when you arrive in the hostel they tell you another price! Prepair to paid more U$ 3,00 for each day if you dont have the HI card! I ask for the guy for HI how I need to pay for a taxi, then he tell me U$ 40,00, then I get a taxi on the street and pay U$ 20,00, the half then the taxi calling for the hostel, because the guy from the hostel put some money in the price for him!!! | Hard to say how nice the hostel was when I was not allowed to check-in, but was forced to find somewhere else to sleep (almost had to sleep outside in freezing temperatures). I am a week shy of my 18th birthday, and was travelling with a letter from my father for your manager to permit my stay and avoid any liability issues. Your manager refused and would have had me sleep on the street, even though I had a reservation. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I would think there might even be some liability if I was forced to stay on the street. I think the manager should be fired (or at the very least re-trained). He should not be in a customer service position with the attitudes he evidenced. | ||
