| secrity, luggage room useful though key is freely handed out so it is not so secure.
Stayed elsewhere for fraction of the price although expect Bern to be a bit more expensive.

| Very good. Self catering kit limited. More soft chairs would be great as either in dining area or dorm. Clean and tidy and friendly. | ||

| If guest goes to sleep about 10 pm, because he needs to get up early, he has problem to felt sleep. In that time it is very noisy place for closing locker reason. Somebody had problem with locker and he made quite loud noise in midnight. Please check the lockers. | ||

| We stayed in Room 007. Bond, James Bond, or as the staff mentioned their 'honeymoon room'. There is no WC around and have to walk all the way to the other side to use the single WC cum Shower. So with so many people wanting to use it, it is a bit tough. Couldn't connect the iPhone to the wifi network, though the laptop was working fine.
Paper saving idea (And Asian traveler friendly): A hand shower in the WCs along with Toilet paper so that people use what is convenient and meets their own concept of hygiene :)
