The hostel is in a quiet area in the Rotsee district, a short bus ride from the centre of this ancient city of bridges and towers gloriously set on Lake Lucerne. The Alps are also easily accessible. There is capacity for 194 guests and facilities include internet access, TV, garden, games such as table tennis, laundry and meals.

| it's smells bad becasue of skiers. i suggest that the hostel classify guests to assign rooms for travelers or skiers. | ||

| too loud after 2300 with people in the hallways. quiet time should be better enforced. and also, when checking guests in to a room with people already sleeping after midnight, it would be nice for the staff to remind the new guests to be courteous to the other occupants of the room | ||

| This hostels Location is great, quiet just far enough away from hustle and bustle of central city yet just a 15 minute walk and you are at a mall on the outskirts of old town and also a good walk away from the transport Musuem. My only issue is that this is Switzerland and therefore slightly more costly than what you may find in comparison to toher countries. | ||

| 4 bed dorm is too crowded, and window is open to a tussock, no A/C, mosquitos, no kitchen, except these, breakfast are good, environment is comfortable | ||

| I will NEVER stay here again. NO value for money at all! You should be ashamed asking eur 130 for one night at this level. I am cured for the next five years in staying at a stayokay! Most of all I felt sorry for my children..... | ||

| It is max 10 minutes journey by bus from railway station. Bus # 18 & 19 are available frequently. Nice hostel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there was no kitchen, microwaven is availble to warm foods. Free Wifi. Overall I will recommend to stay in this hostel and it is value for money in an expensive country like swizerland. | ||

| The hostel was very hard to find from the highway (I was driving from Lichtenstein); I missed a turn and ended up in Luzern city centre. Somehow I found my way to the hostel - clear signs would really really help. Very glad there was parking though. | ||
