Hemse is the largest resort on the southern island of Gotland, the part of Gotland called Sudret. Here, long stone walls through the landscape and limestone are brilliant white on the moors. In some places you can see the sea in the east and west.
The hostel is centrally located in Hemse, in a former dental surgery built in the 1950s. It is only just over 10 km to the nearest seaside resort in Ronehamn.Want to to make longer trips , Hoburgen on the southernmost tip of an excellent place to visit . There awaits Hoburgsgubben in the form of a handsome rauk.
On Saturdays, the entertainment of Gotland artists focusing on Gutnish songs at the cafe beside the hostel.
