Customer Reviews Stockholm - Zinkensdamm

| I was very satisfied with this hostel. The staff even helped me with a total hostel-unrelated bus ticket issue, so thanks for that again.
The only thing is: the wifi was barely usable. My phone did work around this, basically, because phones have to work around connection problems, but my notebook didn't.
When I had the luck of getting a connection, it was so slow (as in: snail mail is faster), that it couldn't be used at all (session timeouts, etc.). | ||

| Great Hostel, very quiet in winter season, nice bar/cafe area, Internet access, good staff nothing to complain about! Decent rates, location is about half an hour walk from the centre of Stockholm. | ||

| A bit far out of town, though in a cool neighborhood. Great kitchen/common area, though no one seemed to want to interact much (not the hostel's fault!). | ||

| Excellent hostel, staff was very kind, rooms are a little bit small but the overall quality is very high: the hostel is very clean, there's a huge kitchen and place to seat, read, relax. The location is perfect: from central station it's just a 10 minutes ride by underground and then a little walk. One of the best price/quality ratio in Stockholm | ||

| Thomas at reception was extremely helpful and friendly -he went out of his way to help arrange train tickets, travel plans, etc. however, the others at reception gave the impression that we were an interruption to their day -they should not be working in service. even the cleaning staff was always more friendly than the front reception. | ||
