| Great, comfy room. Had lots of space and a nice view. I liked that there was a lot of natural light and you could open the windows. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. There was an English boys group while I was there who spent a fair chunk of the late evening running up and down the halls and going up and down the elevator (which was right next to my bed) loudly. Obviously that has more to do with the school chaperones reigning in the kids than the hostel.
Food was all great, nice range and dinner was lovely although quite expensive.
Den Haag was a really nice city. It had that small town charm that bigger places find hard to replicate. Skip Rotterdam and come here instead.

| it would help to have access to a kitchenette and if outside food was allowed. Specially since food is not available in the hostel after 8pm | ||

| Only comment I have is that a towel for the bathroom would be good as the floor was a bit slippery. | ||

| shower was plugged and i dont think there were enough recycling bins.
i also didn't like that we couldn't eat our own food. i much rather stay at a hostel that offers a common kitchen

| Amazing breakfast. Free wifi that works (and in the rooms!) was a major plus. Quiet, roomy, pretty good for meeting people. Helpful staff. The restaurant food was kinda gross and there were little ants in the room. But otherwise very clean. | ||

| Cleanliness, especially house keeping is very limited.
Very often, the staff is very rude: travelers, sometimes do not know cultural "rules" but this doesn't justified the rudeness of some staff members.
