The hostel´s facilities include internet access and free WIFI in common areas, coffee bar, TV, conference room with projector for power-point presentations and our regular cinema evenings, 3 fully-equipped guest kitchens, lockers and laundry. Rooms in the hostel are 2-6 bedded rooms; all 2- and 4-bedded rooms have ensuite facilities. The reception operates a travel agency offering bus passes, bikes, rental cars and the most exciting daytours, many with a free pick-up service. Check out our recreation program on arrival, called "the Hostel Menu".
We are open 24 hours a day all year round. Check-in is possible any time after 14.00. The FlyBus runs, upon request, between the hostel and Keflavik International Airport to a schedule connecting with every flight.
Our aim is to contribute towards a style of travelling that increases people's knowledge of their environment, concern for nature and respect for the cultural values of cities and towns in all parts of the world. The hostel is a certified Swan Ecolabelled Hostel and has been awarded the HI Quality Certificate. We look forward to welcoming you!

Non HI members pay 500-800 ISK "nonmembers charge" per night on arrival or buy an international HI membership card which will be valid for 1 year all around the world.
