An atmospheric old watermill set in a wooded valley, the hostel is 2km from the centre of the charming medieval town of Dinan. Local attractions include Mont St Michel and St Malo. There is capacity for 70 guests and facilities include laundry, kitchen and evening meals.

im afraid that there was mould growing on the ceiling and walls off bedroom,and breakfast was not good.

Very thin walls and out of the way location. However, it's an awesome place. The location is beautiful, in the woods. And the country is quiet.

Excellent basic hostel. Was a shame they didn't provide an evening meal but was well located near local restaurants. Really lovely location, very helpful staff. Door lock on room 13 needs some attention though as was a bit reluctant to work with keys.

Not such good value if not travelling alone. Can now get hotel rooms from accor group, such as Formule 1, for the same amount and the standards are higher. However the hostels are in better locations.

too far from town with no transport, too far from cafes and food stores:FABRICE is a great host which makes up for this:you really need own transport unless professional level hiker

This hostel is in a nice countryside location. The building is solid. The rooms and washing area were well planned and shows good potential for a very adequate hostel. For the three nites I stayed, I saw no evidence of "cleaning ladies" or their work. The walls in the room were almost filthy. The environment felt strange - Not good for families or loners.
