Customer Reviews Paris - Cité des Sciences

Need to upgrade facilities. Provide locker storage, shelving units or hangers in room. There are no outlets in the room to charge electronics over night. NO one respects quiet hours. Lots of younger kids (under 20) who are disrespectful, and are extremely loud at night. Food is terrible. Milk is served warm and cereal is stale. Bedding can be upgraded. I got an allergic reaction from the quilt. Those should be washed as well.

receptionist on arrival was great, the one when we left was very grumpy and hardly said a word!

We didn't find the staff very friendly with exception the women that made our check-in. We could sleep in our first night because the noise from other guest and the room was extremely hot with not a fun. Breakfast was very poor too. It didn't look the HI hostel standards at all. We were very disappointed.

Not for backpackers, more for organisations and schools! But if you only need somewhere too sleep, then it's ok!

Was rather good, only complaints are; showers need improvement or a manual on how to be used, power plugs should be available in the bedrooms, and bed were uncomfortable.

Ik wil geen kaartl kopen van 11 euro dat hoeft nergens meer en maakt het voor een nacht erg duur te duur om op een kleine kamer met 4 mensen te slapen

|the staff was very rude especially the lady serving the breakfast.
the receptionist made me get a hi hostelling membership for 11 euros. he told this was compulsory for staying in the hostel.

There are no electricity and Wi-fi connection in the room, you have to go to the Lobby for the access. And there are just few plug in the lobby and almost always full. You may have to change the room between your stay because they try to put male and female guest separately which is really unconvinience. The location is really far from the tourist point, you may need 1 hour and half of return time everyday.

Not in the city center but close to a metro station, you can get to the Louvre area in around 20 min. Showers didn't provide hot water for one day. The best thing is the private car parking that you can use for free, although be aware that it has just 3-4 parking places. Breakfast is fine, full buffet. Rooms are quite clean. No common kitchen, but there are supermarkets and night shops in the area.

|No socket to electric charge in room.
Sluggish respond in refund affair.
Poor English staff.
Overal, service quality is quite poor comparing to other YH in Europe.
