| Very good modern hostel, close to town, nice big family room. staff very friendly and efficient, good lounge and library, good kitchen and great to be able to take self cooked food into dining room if necessary. close by train station but not a problem. Had to keep the bathroom door open as otherwise it smelt but that a small issue. nice to have a double bed and bunks. | ||

| The only thing that could be better was having a bath mat by the shower in our ensuite as there was always a pool of water. We were impressed. at the comfort and cleanliness. | ||

| Kitchen facilities didn't seem adequate (dry food storage, overall space)--especially if the hostel were to be busy. No paper towels in ensuite bathrooms. Some staff fantastic; others seemed as though they wished they were somewhere else! | ||

| Other than the room being very musty , which I resolved by opening the window for a while, everything was just fine | ||

| Rather dirty place. Very noisy, youth running around all night, playing cards in the aisle - no intervention from the staff. Worst hostel I ever slept! | ||

| Room was good but there was a bad smell! | ||

| PERHAPS I SHOULD NOT EXPECT THE INTIMATE FEELING OF A COUNTRY HOSTEL BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED AT THE NOISE LEVEL, THE ROWDINESS, AND THE LACK OF INTERACTION AMONG THE RESIDENTS APART FROM WITHIN THEIR OWN GROUPS. THE STAFF EXERCISED NO CONTROL OVER BAD BEHAVIOURS. | ||

| Nice hostel but oh the noise at midnight, football chanting woke me up and I didn't sleep well thereafter. Then similar noise very early in the morning. Other room mates also affected they told me next day. Shame because most other things ok. Food could do with attention. Pizza from restaurant cold in the middle. They did offer to 'cook it again', when the veggies caught and were slightly burned. | ||
