| My friends and I ordered three pizzas from the hostel restaraunt. The waiter brought us four. We didn't really realize or notice that we didn't have the right amount of pizzas that we paid for until the cook came out and started yelling at us and demanding he see our receipt (which we had thrown away along with napkins.) he demanded that we pay for the fourth pizza, which we hadn't even eaten. I couldn't believe how rude the service was! Why should we have to pay for the waiter's mistake? in the end we walked away. The service isn't the only bad thing about this hostel..the location doesn't have a London feel at all. Might be good for families, but don't go there if your young and with a group of friends! | ||

| nice hostel. We were worried about the cleanliness at the beginning, but when we came in the 6 shared room, the sheet is new and have just changed. however, maybe some thing was wrong with the shower coz the hot water couldn't flow out. any way, it is a fair place. | ||

| Unfriendly staff, matrimony security in appearance but minimal in fact gods were allegedly stolen from a nearby room and I was awoken by police deciding to do a search of all.belongings of myself and everyone else in my room ridiculous and (in a North American context) an illegal and unjustified breach of privacy. | ||
