| Not too sure about the long, large female dorm ( D ) as it was quite cold and draughty. As it wasn't full we were able to "borrow" a cover off an empty bed.
Kitchen excellent. | ||

| Perhaps after staying in some of HIs Argentina Hostels my expectations were far too high.
For 2 this Hostel costs the same as a cheaper hotel. We chose to stay here for a fun environment and to meet other travelers. While we booked a 6 person co-ed room, the room came through as a 20+ man dorm. The stay felt more like a high-end men's shelter than the fun hostel experience I was hoping for.
It's relatively safe, clean etc but for the money I would just stay at a hotel if there are 2 or more people.
Also, I found the pricing misleading. The price is higher then expected if you're not an HI member, and the guy at the door screwed up on our deposits so charged an additional few dollars more.

| 2 major bad points:
- No breakfast included
- Impossible to park car nearby to load/unload luggage without getting a fine from City of Victoria

| The rooms were in an open space, so although each little block was for 4 beds there was a total of +20 people sleeping in the same place. A bit smelly, and I had bad luck with a guy snoring really loud. I would recommend searching for other alternatives as Victoria is a small town. | ||

| They only have huge open rooms. When others come in at all hours of the night and talk, the way the room is, everyone hears it. I got hardly any sleep at all the 3 nights I was there. They also keep the windows open probably so it doesn't stink so bad (some people had bad BO), but there's a bar across the street and you hear people yelling until about 2-3am when they close and people leave. | ||
