The hostel is located in the city centre - only 5 min. walking from the central station and the "Grand Place". All museums, the royal palace, the European parlement etc. are within walking distance. All rooms have been completely renovated last year.

| Great location and staff, only complaints are that the rooms were FREEZING at night (and the hostel in general, although I was there during a cold snap...) and the bathrooms were gross. Other than that it was fine. | ||

| Generally the service was very good. Staffs were so helpful and security was reliable. Location is also good.
Only one complain is about checking time. Booking confirmation mail said "Check-in is available between 08:00 hrs and 24:00 hrs." I did know the opening hours, but I thought there were some staff for check-in. Maybe they should have written like "8-10 and 14-24." :) | ||

| When I arrived at 11am reception was closed, all I wanted to do was leave my bag but the receptionist made it seem like I was a very big inconvenience to her. When using the shower in the room water would leak from the bathroom into the bedroom area. Location was good but wouldn't stay again. | ||

| showers not very clean (pile of hair in pipe, water not flowing, you need to unplug yourself, yuk). no lockers in the rooms (even with your own padlock this woudl be great). Access to corridors free to anybody coming in the building | ||

| I read a lot of bad review about this hostel. i stayed there for 3 days. the room was clean, the showers also ok, the food is better than jaques brel and the location is great. there arent many power plugs to charge your phone. of course it is a bid strange to have the hostel closed from 10.00-14.00, but why should that be such a big deal? i need the hostel only for sleeping. annyoing is the ongoing music troughout the whole day AND night in the floors. they could shut that off at least in the night after 23.00...

| the most attractive hostel i have ever stayed !! very clean and quiet!! very friendly staff - these boys can say you all needed information about city and help you with breakfast if you leave hostel very early!!! the one thing which annoyed me while my staying there - draught (( to sleep comfortable - take smth warm !! | ||

| Hostel was clean but the shower in the attached washroom did not have the door, so there was water all around the washroom after we took shower.
Otherwise, that was a good hostel to stay in.... | ||
