| Perfect! A big thank you to the staff that made our stay even better. | ||

| I think the hostel could use a few more plugs (electricity outlets) in some way. It was hard finding a spot to plug in electrical apps and computers with only one outlet (on the other side of the room) in a 6 -person room. Also the outlets outside of the rooms are scarce. Also the ethernet signal could be amplified so that everybody can use the internet not just the people on the first floor. And more places for people to use their computer/read outside their rooms after 23:00. A kitchenette with a microwave and stove and fridge where visitors can keep basic foods and prepare simple meals (or even just boil some water for tea) would be nice. | ||

| No staff present overnight and some guests were very noisy. They did say we could phone the emergency number and call out duty staff. they also spoke to the noisy guests. | ||

| Location was excellent and the staff were friendly. The facilities were not bad (clean, although I noticed a little mould in the shower). However, the room was terribly cold and no matter how high I turned the heat, the radiator did not even get warm. Also, the pillows were uncomfortably hard - I have a couple helix piercings in my ears that were sore after sleeping on the pillows, they were so hard! | ||
